No internet but can connect to sky broadband router

Hi there

i had sky broadband installed today 

it was working fine then suddenly stopped

it's the sky broadband hub which has green lights for power internet and wifi - no light for voice. open reach ONT has all green lights. 

any advise or next steps would be useful. Tried hard reset and secured all wires multiple times.
