No internet after fast fibre upgrade

We agreed to upgrade to fast fibre after 25 years with sky , I am a vip customer ! City fibre came a week ago today and fitted overhead cable . He left us with no internet on the router . The engineer told me it was a faulty router and I needed to ring sky . I have no service at all , telephone , WiFi , all my internal devices are no longer working. I have spent 3 hours on the phone to the helpdesk , repeating their instructions 3 times and not being given any timescale for a resolution. It really is frustrating and appalling service .

@Hiornsy Few problems with the Sky Hub to the CityFibre connection and there is no resolution at present so you just need to keep on at sky until it is sorted!
