No internet access on multiple devices but Sky broadband test shows all green

No internet access. Would like to know how when using the sky broadband test it returns all green for speed and connectivity yet my devices ie Mobile phone, windows laptop, MacBook and iPad all show no internet access? 

and please don't say have you tried turning it off and on 😎

@Clackers  Are you able to connect the windows laptop via ethernet cable and post your router stats please?
