We've woken up to no internet. There is a red light on the router and no others. Unplugging it and plugging back in changes nothing. Sky checker says there are no issues. But we have no internet. Need some help with this asap. Thanks!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@peachpesto click the broadband test link on the page thst tells you there is no problem as that reruns tge test and will tell you if Sky are already aware of the fault if they arent call them and report it.

Thanks. I have done all the tests it allows me to do and says there are no issues. What is the number to call to report it?
