Service status page telling me no known issues in my area! (Highlands) Yet I have no internet! I've tried all the different ways of reconnecting, through my mobile & sky q box, still no internet. And the service status page is no help!

Hi, when you go on the first page it says no known problems. You have to click on check status then type in your details. It will then update. We are in Inverness and I thought the same until I did the above. Hope this helps.

Yes broadband down in my house in Inverness appears to be an issue in North of Scotland.

Yes if it wont let you manually report it then it will already be recorded. Note compensation wouldn't start until Thursday and you would hope the fault will have been fixed by then.

Nothing. Sky Stream & Sky broadband are not linked so no provision or compensation is made for when your broadband goes down. You could use a mobile hotspot for now.

My internet still down too at my house in Inverness, IV2 area, hoping it will be back tomorrow as I work from home, so not ideal!
