No internet. No sky glass. Central london

Service status says my Internet is fine, but nothing is working. Can't see where to report an issue, but seen lots of service issues here....robot chatbot did nothing to help

What you need to do @Laura123456 us to turn it off for at least 30 minutes as that should then hopefully fix this for you.
