Nothing works. I've turned everything on and off several times. This is not the service I'm paying for!

@Stephen-1 Faults can and do happen, try running the test here https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus if it finds and issue it may allow you to book an eningeer, if it doesn't give that option or it doesn't find an issue you will have to call Sky to log the fault.
