Just had sky installed and as we have a smart home I am trying to change the hub ssid and password to the old ones to save having to pair every smart device. All instructions say to go to my products setting and change it there but "my hub" is not showing.
Can anyone help please

Some Max Hub users experience a delay in the My Sky app populating with the Administration tabs.
It may be worth disconnecting and reconnecting the Hub.

Thanks for trying, it didn't help. Also tried uninstalling and reinstalling app, that didn't work either. Would not be quite so bothered if all my security didn't need pairing again. Not easy climbing up ladders to re- pair 4 cameras.
