3 green lights on router, but green light on Voice not on, has not displayed an Orange light at all . What do I do?

Where is the phone normally plugged into ? A bt/openreach mastersocket or the back of the sky hub

Into the master socket

The voice light only turns green when a phone is plugged into the sky hub for sky internet calls eg when you have a full fibre line.

Can you make outgoing calls and receive incoming calls and do you have a dial tone with the phone plugged into the mastersocket?
