No fibre connection at bt openreacg

Half of our street have sky fibre - the hoses are connected to a bt box at the end of the road. The rest of the houses are connected directly to the local bt exchange and have no sky fibre. **bleep** do i get sky to make the fibre connection at the bt exchange?

@Abr2 Are you talking about Part Fibre the FTTC product or FF the FTTP product, sky are not in control off any thing, it's all down to either OR Openreach or CF CityFibre if you happen to have them in your area! The link below say's what you get from sky at an address.

That historical topology is a significant issue on the UK phone network for the viability of broadband upgrades: as @JimM1 indicates it's not within the power of any individual Openreach client ISP to resolve themselves.
