No fibre at new property but at old property - do I need to cancel my contract?

Hi all,

I've been having health problems recently and need to move back home for a while to recover, it'll be at least six months depending on how treatment goes. I was hoping to move my sky internet across to the new address but I've had a look online and the property doesn't have FTTP available. My current house I have a FTTP connection and am on the Sky Broadband Superfast contract.

I think I might have to cancel my account but I'm only 2 months in to an 18-month contract, is there any way I can have this cancelled at all? I'm hoping I'll be able to cancel my contract without the termination fee based on this quote from another answer last year: (ii) If any Product which you are subscribing to is not available at your new Address you may either end this Contract or select another Product that is available there in which case this Contract will continue.

Does anyone have any experience with this at all? I'd really appreciate any help!

'Superfast' is a speed band (either 80/20 or 40/10Mbs) that can be delivered over either FTTP or FTTC

It's 'Ultrafast' (100/150/500/900Mbs) which requires FTTP (or G.fast for 150Mbs)

Sky Glass 55" (on ethernet) & two Stream Pucks (one ethernet / one WiFi)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
