No dial tone can't make or receive calls

No dial tone can't make or recive calls. When I pick up phone there is just a buzzing noise

Is the phone plugged into the back of the router or the old mastersocket?

 

If you have a black sky hub could you post your router statistics as shown below

Follow the link and choose need more help

https://www.sky.com/help/home/

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland

 

If you have any issues we can still escalate however calling would be quicker
