No devices connected to wifi are working but wifi test shows everything is ok?

This morning none of our phones would connect to the WiFi. Ran a test via MySky app said everything was fine but clearly not as when switching my phone back to WiFi to run the test again I get a message on screen informing me im not connected to the network. 
my daughters phone was asking her to insert out WiFi details via a different link?

This is the same for me. Have tried resetting the box etc but nothing working. When I do the tests it says WiFi and internet are all ok?
