No ctivation date on my new broadband hub
Just recieved my new hub and all the set up leaflets etc say activation date on the packaging. which there is none. how do i find my activation date , the assistant was useless and I dont have any numbers to ring.

If you have a new hub to replace an older one then you don't have an activation date as you already have a live broadband service so you can start using the new hub straight away.
If you are new to Sky then you might find an activation date here:
