Date was changed for install broadband and cancelled by Sky and when I try to contact Sky it comes up with error notice Sky customer service no help

Spoke with @charleen+OHare and checked the order, Openreach are currently due to perform more work to connect the broadband on 5th of October, the order recovery team are currently working the case and will keep customer informed with any updates
