Should I have recieved a text/ email confirming the appointment to install the BT line for broadband? I've moved home and had the confirmation of the sky engineer but not the BT engineer.

Find out more@Clarabella79 you may not need an Openreach engineer as depending on the work required Sky's Broadband engineers are authorised to some work on Openreach's network (note Openreachare part of the BT group but operate totally separately). Openreach can do most of their tasks remotely.
