@Alla1 can you expand on your post, ie have you moved into a property and were expectinh an ONT so in what way is there no connector for fibre optic cable

The cable is installed in the house, but the previous owners of the house took the optical network terminal with them. As a new Sky user with a modem, I have no place to connect and do not know how to call an engineer

@Alla1 Sky need to order a replacement ONT to be fitted. I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
