No connection?!

Hi, I am having issues connecting to sky broadband since the morning (8am). This is has frustrating as me and several others in the property are unalble to carry out our jobs. is anyone else experiancing this issue, and if so how did you resolve it? thank you.

Please do be aware working from home won't prioritise any repairs if there is a fault and Today & Monday Openreach are in strike so any jobs will be delayed.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Thank you for your relply. I have troubleshooted all the possible connection issues. Just spoke with CS and they have been booked me in with an engineer to check the fibre optics in my area - something to do with a botched up electircian who was carrying out works in morning and discounted the service line.
