Can someone please help , wifi isn't connecting to iPhones everything is fine so it says I've reset the router with the button on the back tried plugging it in and unplugging it for a while , tried forget network then rejoin , nothing is working I'm missing emails etc not happy at all pay all this money for it not work

It's just the phones in the house they are all newish iPhones Aswel been like it for days broadband says no issues etc no flashing lights connected too the tv just not phones tried everything and still nothing bout used all my data got spotting too kids phones as wel as trying to do work emails etc

Have you held the reset button on the rear of the hub for a minimum of 30 seconds?

I'll try and hold it in for 30 seconds I just switched it on and off , no nothing happened for it to become like this it's so frustrating especially since it's been half term the last 2 weeks and how kids are with phones but it's frustrating for me too because I've now just about used all my data when I need that for when I'm at work etc

Still nothing ! On May daughters phone it just says network unstable when trying to go on her apps just says connecting on what's app it's really frustrating I've had enough of it been like it for days
