No connection to broadband router and Internet
Sky Q states there is a problem with broadband, on the status screen it's connecting then dropping on a loop? Broadband check in my Sky shows no issues. I've reconnected the router twice and still hasn't resolved the issue.

@Chris+666 if your Sky Q box is losing connection to your Sky hub call Sky as they should either send a booster you can use to imorovecthe connection or arrange for an engineer to visit to test the system .
