No connection on my laptop but Wi-Fi checker reports no issue

No Wi-Fi connection on my laptop. I work from home and it impacts on my zoom meetings. The Service Checker reports no issue with the connection but my laptop says no connection. What do I do?

Reboot your router or connect the laptop via Ethernet
