No connection in bedroom or office

Connection in the bedroom drops unless you are in the doorway and Office connection drops so we cannot use the printer or computers in Office. Therefore cannot work from home. This is a major issue

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
