No connection in CB1 (Cambridge)

The app says all is fine, but I lost Internet about 30,mins ago.

Based on the time you’ve all posted it’s worth pointing out that any broadband issues between midnight and 7am could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided. See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…

I am in CB4 and same! when trying to run some of the diagnostics via sky in a browser, it says "connection not secure". run tests on phone and all is good but still no Internet.

on a different note, your profile and posting history is formidable. I am assuming you are not sitting there all day and night long replying but use some sort of automation/llm combo?

@Daniel0210 well, colour me impressed! you must have a whole bunch of templates saved for the most common issues. the sheer volume of your replies is still insane, even with templates!!

25 spaces to compile your own templates are available. I can't remember if you have to attain a particular level before they become an option

 

To find Templates click on your Avatar in the top right corner > My Settings > Templates
