No connection from broadband to any services in my house

All services are saying "there's an issue with your broadband connection" including apps on sky, but your test centre says its working fine. Even my phone will not connect to it or my laptop. There are no errors shown on the router. I have reset it and it appears okay but no services continue to connect to it.

@Cord Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

 

You pointed out at the checker shows that there is no issues, this is showing the result of an older check that has been done prior to your broadband going down. It would be best to click on broadband tp see if it finds the fault with the most up to date check.
