No connection and orange light on router
I have lost connection on my work laptop and there is an orange light on the router for 'internet' . My phone is also very slow so have had to come off wifi on that too

@Erica27 @the orange internet light indicates your hub has lost connection. Using a mobile connection run the service checker in the My Sky app which should tell you if Sky know about an issue affecting your line if they don't give them a call
