No connection after power cut

We had A power cut for over 12 hours. The electric has been back on hours and the router has a red light on it. I've unplugged and then plugged back in, same again. 

There's no reset button on it. And sky claim there is no outage in the area, the test connection doesn't work and keeps telling me to try later. Any ideas?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
