No broadband

I have no internet I have done all the link online tests still not working! I want to speak to an advisor and all I get is a stupid robot saying I'll do better next time!

All the numbers to Sky (like most large companies) start with an automated system I'm afraid. Stay on the line and don’t hang up if you’re prompted to.
