Seems BT is down as well. Any network outage will only be updated to the isp's after its fixed

@Jonico07  No point asking Sky through the foruma s they won't reply to your post.

 

What does it say here?  https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Also down in GL12 (near to BS37), been down since approx 6am this morning.  Was checking the phone line checker earlier today https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus/broadband-and-talk but even that now errrors out with a Technical error.

BT broadband is working in GL12 but Sky hasn't been since 06:30ish (when my Netflix cut out!).

 

I saw that the technical error is now stating 'updating our systems'
