No broadband since January 24th 2pm

My Sky broadband has been down since January 24th 2pm. I've tried everything regarding troubleshooting resetting router etc. No luck. When will the service be back up and running?

@JamieB3 if the service checker in the My Sky appis telling you it is a known issue then it is likely engineers will get it fixed as soon as possible but given the amount of damage from the storm nobody will becable to give you a fix time for your particular fault. If the checker does not tell you its a known fault you nedd to report the fault to Sky so they add that to the list.

 

Openreach will be prioritising repairs so faults which only affect domestic lines get left until higher priority lines are back up. This can make things quicker if you fault affects a medical centre or similar - its luck of the drawer.
