No broadband router or sky stream delivered

Broadband engineer installed 

ordered both sky stream and broadband over 2 weeks ago

still not had items delivered 

laughably received my first bill yesterday after the engineer left despite receiving no service

The items haven't been dispatched, and I'll receive notification when they are

Sigh, ten minutes talking to a useless bot trying to explain that I've had my new broadband service connected, but sky have not delivered a router - clicking 'contact us' says 'sorry, you can't contact us' clicking anything else goes round in circles or brings me here. Useless.

@Rita26 I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
