Broadband down

We have a orange/red light, tried rebooting and still won't work

No Internet, but the checker says nothing wrong, obviously the checker doesn't check

I am getting the same issue. Service checker says there's nothing wrong. Even my sky glass says there's no broadband connection.

my broadband keep dropping out lately. This past week it's always dropping in and out for hours at a time.

We have the same, red light on the box where full fiber comes in and the hub won't connect

I have exactly the same problem and when testing the connection saying everything is fine. Been unable to connect now for nearly an hour

same southend. No internet light, red voice. Sky check say no problems!!!

Mines down in Surrey Kt19 and checker says all is fine 😡
