Our broadband stopped all day Friday, the status checker said there was an outage in the area, it came back Saturday but has now gone again. Is anyone else experiencing same issues, it's North London N13.

@Highlinder @thanks for replying. Well, after I sent that it came back on, but now gone again. This morning it was same error message of outage in area, but now it is showing no issues under status checker, even though internet light on router off and voice light red. Wondering if status checker hasn't updated yet maybe?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@LAS1987 Normally if after 1 hour you do another broadband check by pressing on broadband button the checker it should then give you more information or show there is fault.

@Highlinder I managed to reset the router and looks to be ok, apart from the voice light is amber, but not concerned about that, more the internet connection.
However the booster box downstairs in the house is on, but with no connected light, even though I unplugged and plugged back in as well. SkyQ box also has an issue, so not sure what's going on. Sky said an engineer has been booked.
