No broadband or cell internet

Hello, my partners phone which is sky is not working to connect to the internet. We also have broadband and this has also stopped working. We have multiple tests and resets on the broadband and there says there's no issues.

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!
