No broadband hub after gone live
I had an engineer out this morning who connected the broadband up. Have not received the hub or any hardware after waiting weeks. I've been on the phone to 6 gentlemen today who have all said different stories. None of them match up! What is happening woth my WiFi!

There was an issue with the process. We've now been informed via a closed forum that the router dispatch problem has been resolved.
