Hi, since waking up there has been no wifi. On any devices and same with the sky tv. Even though in setting it says its connected. But its not working. I did a hard reset on the skymax hub didn't work.. on apple devices it asks me for a gateway login but that nothing to do with it. As my sky tv has no connection. Have looked at old threads and seen its happened many times but no answers to how it's fixed?

Typically only by logging a fault with Sky and then waiting for Openreach to repair the external circuit to the address.
