No help, absolute appaulling customer service, lack of communication , total fabrication of repair dates. Then get a text message telling me all repairs done
When they are not. Been a customer for 20 years maybe not for much longer I feel. Sick of lies.

Remember Sky can only update you on information provided by Openreach, something that Openreach are not very good at.

Hi Dan,
Not a problem with hub a problem is with openreach line from the pole to my house which was knocked over. Now they have repaired the pole and services no actual line from post to my house been trying for nearly 7 weeks.
Absolutely shocking .
