No broadband (fibre) but service checker says no issues 🙄

0020 broadband turns off and cannot connect any device. Log into mySky and head to service checker which says no issues and keeps telling me I have usual speeds. Yet WiFi will not connect and keeps coming up with the lets try to reconnect that I used to get before moving to fibre. Annoying as hell especially as they have taken payment twice this month!

Any broadband issues between midnight and 7am could be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption. There’s no pre-warning of this. See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…

My broadband Gone out I got a red light the one in the middle on the fast fiber socket thing on the wall I done a few tests and now I only got 2 green llights and the red one in the middle has gone out but now there is a red light on the sky modem box 

Is there maintanence going on this morning ?

Mine went out about 12:30-1am today
