No broadband even though tests say everything is fine now

Broadband has been down most of today and the online service check was showing an outage. It briefly came back on but then went off again. Running the broadband check on the area shows no issues but we definitely do not have broadband again. From the looks of it a lot of people are having the same problem. Can we get an update as to what is happening and an estimated restoration time please? Thanks

If the checker was showing no issues in your area then try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
