No broadband equipment

I put order with sky over a week ago and still not received my equipment to my home address. The broadband will be going live in 6 days time. When I check my order there is nothing on my account

@Small30Think you need to call Sky it looks like the order has been cancelled for some reason. Do you have any other services with Sky like TV or mobile?

I don't have any other products with sky. I think I will call them. Thank you for your help
