No broadband connection for the last 13 hours…

Hi, 

 

we have had no broadband for the last 13 hours... please advise when this network outage will be fixed or is this a problem with the hub system ?

Where abouts are you?

A few reports coming in from OX16 area.

 

You would nevertheless regardless of where you be advised to call sky to notify them

 

150 from your landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone
