We have had no broadband and voice calls since Saturday. There are green/amber/ green/ amber lights on the hub. I've run the service checker tool multiple times since then. Each time it shows a problem with the broadband, when I move to 'let's fix it' I get a message to say that the tools are unavailable at this time.
How can I report the problem without the tools working? I have a dodgey mobile signal without Wi-Fi calling and can't sustain a long call. All help gratefully received.
