My broadband is down, no Internet but also I have no 4g connection

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Pete126 & @Mags92 the failure of 4g is very unlikely to be connected to the broadband failure so needs to be reported separately. If you log into the My Sky app go to the service checker it should tell you if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line. If it doesnt call Sky when their lines open and report the issue.
