No broadband after 12 days

Cannot believe Sky or Openreach 

12 days from installation and everything gone off .

Waited three days for an Openreach engineer to come just to say there's a break in the fibre somewhere further back on the line then left.

Not heard anything from Sky or Openreach about how it will be fixed .

Terrible customer service may have to look at another provider

Unfortunately by definition every other Openreach ISP would face exactly the same issue.

Both Openreach and Sky have been abysmal from installation , Openreach engineer didn't even turn up on installation day

Automatic credit

After an issue with total loss of service for 5 days I am now owed just over £9 of credit to my broadband bill but nothing is showing on my next bill August/September.

The issue was resolved on the 27th July 

How long will this credit take to come through ?
