No broadband afain

Had a year of this and it's unacceptable! We want a discussion with a decision maker that can 1 get this fixed2 reveal to us honestly what a why we are having problems and 3, remunerate us to compensate for a years worth of problems. Check the history on our account!! That's it, shock me and get those point addressed!!

@CarrK  This is a customer helps customer community, nothing can or indeed will happen on the back of your post, if you want a discussion with Sky call them.

 

Perhaps you could try raising a complaint using the correct steps here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-customer-complaints-code-of-practice/

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
