No broadband Kelso

No internet since this morning. I did the tests a number of times, unfortunately without a solution.

On the hub, the voice light remains red. This was not the case yesterday.

@Linda7469  Does the broadband test tell you if there is a outage in the area or let you book an engineer.

@HighlinderThanks for your reply! In the test it indicates that there are no problems in my region. Then the test indicates that the test is currently unavailable. The only thing I see on the hub itself, is that the voice light is red (all other lights are green)

@Highlinder I already restarted it this morning, but with no result.
