No broad band

My iternet keeps turning on and off for the past 2 weeks. I work from home and has cut out while I have been on the phone to clients and it cannot keep happening , can someone please investigate this asap

@Rachaelbown  This is a customer led community, no one here can investigate anything.  Sky also would not know who you are from a community post so even they couldn't investigate.

 

Is your broadband actually dropping or is it your wifi having issues?  the 2 are different issues.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
