Hi
We have has no interest access since 5 o'clock this morning I really need this to be fixed I have tried all the dropped connections self health stuff
As well as tried the service checker and it says there an issue in my area 🙄 with no further information really this is outrageous that we been told nothing about why it is down as well as how long it is going to be down for
I wouldn't be as annoyed if all they did was just sent some sort of email out explaining why and for how long it going to be out for because with so little information and it doesn't help that your stupid robot ai assistance do not have proper responses as well as proper questions to ask for answers
Again disappointed with the only service that I can get in my area wish this can be sorted with out having to talk to your robot as well as

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

@Maurice1946 there aren't any isp's I can think of who'll email when theres a service issue ( I maybe wornf so don't flame me). they all make it available online on the checker or via the support lines. Sky are in no way perfect (I've for one seen the bad as well as the good) but when its outside of there control as an example in the openreach network as an example there teams gets as frustrated trying to get it resovled for us as we do having a patchy service.
