No bars since upgrading fibre

I have a Samsung A55 but since upgrading to full fibre gigafast my calls keep breaking up no matter where I am in the house. I have no bars showing on my phone. I have restarted phone, powered on and off and have updated software. Do not want to do factory reset because phone had been fine prior to this upgrade. Any suggestions, thanks?

@pooh123 are other devices connecting properly as if theyvare its an issue with the phone. One odd thought if you have the white Sky Max hub use the My  Sky app to access the hub's settings to changecthe wifi security from wpa3-t to wpa2 a new phone like yours should support the higher security nut it is worth a try.

Hi,I'll look at that. Everything else seems fine,  phone was working perfectly before upgrade.
