No address linked to account
Have some issues with my internet connection and speed. I wanted to log into my account to try and troubleshoot it but it's telling me there is no address linked to my account? I need to talk to someone

@RachHughes05 check thst you are signing in using the Sky id linked to the email address you used to set up,the account. If you are certain you are you will have to call Sky as the extended id check has to be done over the phone
