I'm trying to access my sky shield and account billing etc but when I go to access it, I'm told there's no contracts on my account. It prompts me to maybe link my skyID but when going through that process I'm told that there's no account at this postcode (I've tried various postcode formats).
I've tried calling the customer service folk a few times and after getting my address noted they can't seem to hear me and I get cut off (I have excellent phone signal where I am calling from).
I'm at a loose end as to what to do, starting to regret going with Sky to begin with and I've only been with them one day (after a months wait for installation.)
Any help greatly appreciated.
